Today, thanks to the existence of a sophisticated digital software, we can plan the location of one or more plants just inside the jaw, or mandible, without opening the gums with a scalpel.
After performing a CT scan, the computer simulates the type, number and location of the plants with absolute precision, in the ideal position.
The data sent to Sweden by mail are processed in a surgical mask that has holes, perfectly calibrated and oriented: this allows to insert the implants at the exact point of the bone. The plants are put without the need for surgical flaps and subsequent stitches.
This reduces the normal surgical after-effects, such as swelling, bleeding and pain, so the patient can perform its normal social life. Another positive aspect of this sophisticated presurgical evaluation is that you can build a temporary prosthesis to be connected permanently just entered, allowing the so-called “immediate loading”, with the ability to chew and have immediate function.
